Intensive course

Pranavashya Intensive Course:

The Prana Vashya intensive course is a special package with a combination of two different types of Asana practices. The P.V/ Primary series asana practice in the morning is followed by the Pranayama practice and a course on Back bending and the overall flexibility development in the evening. There will be a session of Neti kriya practice (Jala neti and sutra neti) on every Sunday of the Week.
Understanding the essence of practice will be the focus and the working level increases every week. The practice is Hard but assures definite results. In this approach, the attention is to make the practitioner strong and develop perfection and liking towards the practice.

Please Note

*For those who are beginners and would like to have a foundation for their personal practice will have to practice with us for a minimum of eight weeks time.
It is not surprising if the practitioner experiences soreness in the muscles or an increase in the level of the physical temperature or a little stomach upset which may happen by the end of the second week or the in the third week of your practice with us. These are the primary indicators of the physiological changes that takes place in the body (especially if you are new to the practice). At this condition, it is very important to practice in a way that helps these positive changes to take place easily. We expect the practitioner to be present in the class in such situations and inform the teacher before the class begins. Apart from all these experiences, the internal feeling will assure the practitioner that there is a lot of difference between a Positive and a negative change. Prevention is always better than cure.

The Shala will remain closed on all Sundays, moon days, and national holidays.
